Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DV Commerce Classes, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services to help students succeed in their academic journey. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy for our online and offline courses, classes, and services.
1. Course Cancellation by DV Commerce Classes
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class, course, or batch due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., faculty unavailability, insufficient enrollments, or technical issues).
- In such cases, affected students will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer to another course or batch as per the studentโs choice.
2. Cancellation by Student
- Students may request to cancel their enrollment before the course starts.
- If cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the course commencement, 80% of the fee will be refunded after deduction of administrative charges.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the course has started or if the student fails to attend the classes.
3. No Refund in the Following Cases
- No refund shall be applicable if:
- The student leaves the course midway or discontinues on personal grounds.
- The student is found violating the code of conduct or misusing the platform.
- The student was admitted under any promotional or discounted offer (unless otherwise specified).
4. Refund Procedure
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
